Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure all products are stacked securely and organized according to safety protocols and inventory management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and complete maintenance logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong ability to read and comprehend safety labels and operational manuals.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
