Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff daily, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean warehouse practices to reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular safety audits and OSHA compliance training
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator certifications
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Train and develop staff through mentorship programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with team-building experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
