What You'll Do
As an Order Packer, your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and perform a quick quality check of items.
- Accurately pick and pack products into boxes or totes, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Apply appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Print, label, and affix shipping labels to packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy (ability to scan barcodes and read screens).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
