Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and organize inventory onto trucks and shelves with precision.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding stock levels and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift/Reach Truck) with valid license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
