Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, locate, and stack merchandise within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, or conveyors.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL) license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and understand safety labels and operational manuals.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
