Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks in an organized and timely manner.
- Perform regular quality checks on inventory and ensure accurate stock levels using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
