Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to verify functionality and report any maintenance requirements immediately.
- Accurately count, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
