Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and safety during transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe operating condition.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job scope.
