Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to verify accuracy and inventory counts.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damaged or defective items.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including proper labeling, sealing, and weighing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist in loading trucks and moving pallets as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
