As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CP, CDL, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
