The Role:
You will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and distributed correctly.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
