Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily safety inspections on all material handling equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse policies at all times.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
