What You Will Do:
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (reach trucks, cherry pickers) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Requirements:
- Certified forklift operator (valid license required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
