Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement using warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Stack and organize merchandise efficiently to optimize warehouse space.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CDL Class A not required, but preferred).
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) as scheduled.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
