Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and to delivery trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the safety of all products by adhering to strict OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes and meet tight deadlines.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of clutter to promote operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
