Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and material handling equipment (counterbalance, reach truck) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through proper documentation and scanning.
- Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a professional warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
