Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe operating condition and report any malfunctions.
- Organize inventory, label pallets accurately, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist in stock management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
