Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with precision and care.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
