Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Verify order details and ensure correct items are selected using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely and apply correct shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
