Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized storage of materials.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
