Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and onto trailers.
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and documenting movements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
