Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and organize shipping lanes efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily goals and issues.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training!).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
