Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
