Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure goods are stored according to safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFA/CFP).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
