Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Perform routine pre/post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Train new team members on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in team-oriented setting
