Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials in a 24/7 warehouse setting
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and load capacity limits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support shipping/receiving activities and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
