Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 200,000 sq ft warehouse
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and electric pallet movers
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S standards
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
