Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and logging stock movements in the WMS system.
- Organize and stack products to ensure warehouse safety and efficient space utilization.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during handover to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
