Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care to prevent damage to merchandise.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of machinery and work areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to safety protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding inventory transfers and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA/OSHA-compliant) is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly is required.
