Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to strict safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clear of hazards and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class A preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
