Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely in warehouse and distribution environments
- Load/unload materials and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible schedule for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
