Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Accurately verify inventory counts and document shipments using warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding hazardous materials and heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and a post-offer drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (not required for operation, but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts and weekends as needed.
