As a critical part of our fulfillment center, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and pack them securely for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and update stock levels as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and basic math skills required for scanning and labeling.
- Reliability: A reliable history of attendance and punctuality.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
