Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select merchandise from shelves and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Accuracy Check: Verify that all items are correctly identified, labeled, and packaged to meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily volume goals.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all outbound orders are staged and ready for courier pickup by the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and focused on safety and productivity.
