Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Organization: Sort, organize, and stock inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package, label, and prepare goods for shipment with precision and care.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Basic Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
