Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage or delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (preferred for warehouse roles).
- Clean Record: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and flexible shifts.
