Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the forklift to ensure safety compliance and mechanical functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of trip hazards at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and order fulfillment targets.
- Stack and arrange products on pallets to ensure stability and safety during transport.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class 3 or 4) with valid operator license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid Driver's License (for company ID and site access).
