Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years recent forklift experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- RF scanner experience preferred
