Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stockrooms.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
