Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and scanning tasks for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work history, demonstrate punctuality, and possess a positive attitude.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
