Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and stock inspections.
- Operate material handling equipment according to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.

Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
