Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Follow all safety protocols and temperature control regulations.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F to 20°F).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
