Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of goods to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Forklift Certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data and tracking shipments.
