Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks and pallets in a timely manner.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training on the job.
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
