Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down, and pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline daily operations and meet deadlines.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified Forklift Operator license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift operating experience.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
