Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality against customer orders to ensure zero errors.
- Prepare packages for shipping by sealing boxes, labeling, and weighing items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Report damaged goods, missing inventory, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, to support the team.
