Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Ensure all products are accurately scanned, sorted, and stored in designated zones.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and inventory targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be provided at interview).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and barcode scanning.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not always required.
