Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety gear to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Accurately process inventory and maintain accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Class A or Class B Forklift Operator (Certification required).
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and rotating schedules.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
