Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Stock Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to manage stock levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and report any damaged or defective products immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (Must-Have).
