Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily shipping targets and inventory accuracy standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any mechanical issues with forklifts or equipment immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure pallets are stacked safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts on a consistent schedule.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class D) is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
